Please do not forget the guest supply of cold beer. We will invite people up from the beach, plus Florida Travel Commander wants some. That is much appreciated. Three or four of those cases of ice-cold-busch-light is a winner that all guests will appreciate. There you go, put it on the must get list. Thank you and tell the Catman Kitty hi!
I notice it's easy to fall into the trend of the major hotels, because they have the big budgets for the advertising. We've been very lucky with the different places we have chosen over the years to stay in the Florida Keys. The smaller resorts are really nice and typically are run by one or two people, plus a small staff. The small hotels and resorts are so well-maintained because the owners are part of the everyday experience. We really lucked out this year and got a neat place called the Osprey Nest. The Osprey Nest 82236 overseas hwy Islamorada, Florida 33036 central Upper Matecumbe Key. For a super cheap place I would go with the Key Lantern Motel. It is one of the best kept secrets in the Florida Keys for the economical price. The same thing goes with the Sunset Inn. In the heart of Islamorada, the Sunset Inn is Close to Everything on the island.
