What a fabulous area for boating, close to the reefs and fishing holes. When you are ready for some seafood and cocktails, pull your boat right up, as this is the spot. The restaurant is easy to get to by boat, it is located between Snake Creek, mile marker 86, and the Tavernier Creek Bridge, mile marker -90-5. The little beach area that is part of the restaurant is just fabulous to let the kids play in while adults eat grilled mahi. I do love the frozen drinks, they will make anything if you know the key ingredients. Walk the dock, it is so nice down below. Mile marker eighty eight bar docking is excellent.
We love the seafood dishes and the view at marker eighty eight. Try the seafood chowder, made daily with the Fresh Shrimp and fish. This is where to get food by boat in Islamorada. Near mile marker eighty two is the great little Chinese take out restaurant. Love that place.
There are boats to rent, bellissimo, and you can use them to go bar boating! This is one of the better bars, all with that tropical style. Very upscale and nice for those with little kids too.
Very good for impressive seafood dinners. Lunch is much cheaper than dinner. Patio style dining is nice. The kids like to play in the beach water next to the patio seating. Get one of the pink shrimp recipes off the menu. Yeah to the bayside boater pink shrimp bar.
